Phoebe Belle Cates Kline (born July 16, 1963) is an American businesswoman and retired actress and model. She’s the wife of actor Kevin Kline and the mother of actor/filmmaker Owen Kline and singer/songwriter Greta Kline.

She made her film debut in Paradise (1982), with Willie Ames; and gained wider fame in Amy Heckerling’s Fast Times at Ridgemont High (1982), with Sean Penn, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Judge Reinhold, Brian Backer, Robert Romanus, and Ray Walston.
