Casey Affleck (born Caleb Casey McGuire Affleck-Boldt; August 12, 1975) is an American actor, writer, filmmaker, and producer. He frequently collaborates with older brother Ben Affleck and Matt Damon. He is the recipient of various accolades, including an Academy Award, a British Academy Film Award, and a Golden Globe Award.

In his teens he appeared in the TV movie Lemon Sky (1988), with Kevin Bacon, Kyra Sedgwick, Lindsay Crouse, Welker White, and Tom Atkins; and ministers The Kennedys of Massachusetts (1990), with William Petersen, Annette O’Toole, Charles Durning, Tracy Pollan, Pat Hingle, Steven Weber, Campbell Scott, Madolyn Smith, and Josef Sommer. He Made his film debut in Gus Van Sant’s To Die For (1995), with Nicole Kidman, Joaquin Phoenix, Matt Dillon, Illeana Douglas, Wayne Knight, Kurtwood Smith, Dan Hedaya, and Alison Folland.
