The next day (probably), he goes to Freedom Construction (‘Murica!) where he runs into those “young boys” again, one of whom refers to him as a she-boy (ok, he’s hardly masculine, but you would NOT mistake him for a woman!), before they’re interrupted by Taylor. Of course he gets the job and he does some snooping around to dig up info on Taylor, and when has another encounter with lady cop and actually gets a bowling date with her (oh sure, they’ve known each other for a combined half hour or so, but she just can’t resist that bulldog face and chubby dad bod!).

At some point, Sebastian investigates Taylor’s office for any incriminating evidence, discovering that he plans to blow up the congressional building in Washington. This is cross cut with lady cop looking up info on Sebastian (he hadn’t really given her much of a reason to be suspicious of him, but hey, we gotta move the story along). Sebastian avoids detection from Taylor and his goons and heads back to his barn house kitchen.

But it turns out Taylor (or one of his goons) places dynamite in his microwave and this causes the place to explode (I’m pretty sure that’s not how that works? But I also don’t really care). Of course our “hero” escapes with some comical smoke marks on his face, torn clothing, and smoke puffing from his body (but I’m pretty sure we’re supposed to take it seriously).

Sebastian acquires more info on Taylor thanks to a CIA telephone operator, who’s cool with the whole killing a Chilean ambassador (you’d also think the CIA would be tapping this phone call and this be able to track him down, but hey, I’m not a CIA agent or professional screenwriter so what the fuck do I know!?). Turns out that very same ambassador has ties to Taylor and his terrorist Group (OMG! I still don’t care).
