
Guy Stuart Ritchie (born September 10, 1968) is an English film director, producer, and screenwriter. Known primarily for British comedy gangster films and large-scale action-adventure films, his early work was produced by Matthew Vaughn. He made his feature debut on Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels (1998), with Jason Flemyng, Dexter Fletcher, Nick Moran, Jason Statham, Steven Mackintosh, Vinnie Jones, Lenny McLean, P.H. Moriarty, and Sting.
